• Was responsible for defining ‘As-Is’ processes and mapping the ‘To-Be’ processes in INV, BOM, CST, WIP, PO, iProc, iSupplier and OM.
• The role involved understanding the client systems, business processes and reporting requirements; analyzing business requirements, highlighting bottlenecks and pain points, reengineering business processes by suggesting best practices and workarounds.
• Conducted workshops to finalize processes maps, reporting needs and conversion programs.
• Leading a team of SCM consultants and coordinating the configuration and testing efforts across different finance tracks.
• Liaised with technical team to provide conversion requirements and validate conversion results.

• Solution Architect for Cisco, on a program of Oracle EBS instance consolidation and upgrade to from R12.1.1 to R12.1.3.
• Design solution for demerging Manufacturing and Corporate transactions in ‘Procure to Pay’ business flow.
• Designed processes and integrations channels of Oracle R12 with Oracle 11i instances and other non-Oracle systems.
• Major module covered included were iProc, PO, AP, FA, GL and iExpenses.
• Lead a team of consultants to develop the processes and retrofit the customizations.
• Responsibilities also included proposal reviews and SOW management.

• P2P Lead on a business transformation program to implementing Oracle EBS 11.5.10 with a broad footprint of SCM, Financials and CRM.
• Design solutions for Automated and Structured Organization Setup process.
• Designed solutions for Master Item and Inventory Integration.
• Design of PO and RCV Integration with WMS.
• Managed a team of 5 offsite technical leads for delivering 100+ RICE elements.
• Major modules covered included were INV, PO and RCV.
• Primary responsibilities included requirement analysis, review of gaps, solutioning to bridge gaps, deliverable identification, estimation, work planning and resource planning.

=> Client: Dell (Bangalore, India)
• OTC Solution Lead on a multi-year program to implementing Oracle EBS R12.1.1.
• The footprint included the OTC (Order to Cash) track, which integrated with plethora of applications including the existing Oracles Financials and GL (11i), reporting applications, MDM applications, demand planning applications, inventory and fulfillment applications, retail-client facing third party EDI application and Tax Engine.
• Part of discovery and initiation phase.
• Design solutions for EDI transactions and COGS gaps.
• Primary responsibilities included requirement analysis, review of gaps, solutioning to bridge gaps, deliverable identification, estimation, work planning and resource planning.
