*Developing and implementing sales strategies for equipment and spare parts in the sewerage and irrigation sector of Dubai Municipality Maintenance in order to improve the market share
*Carrying out direct sales activities so as to maintain and improve equipment and spare parts sales to major clients like Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Dubai Municipality and Roads and Transport Authority
*Preparing action plans for identifying prospective clientele
*Formulating Bids/Quotes in coordination with the Management, preparing and submitting the bid specifications to the clients for review and approval and negotiate sales and service terms with the clients while trying to maintain desirable profit margins
*Maintaining close contact with the end-user in order to increase trust and be instantly available to answer any queries and provide a solution as soon as possible
*Maintaining records of all Pricing, Sales and Activities reports
*Maintaining key account customers through planned individualized account support
*Coordinating with other Departments of the Company like Warehouse, Accounts, Sales Coordination to ensure customer satisfaction at all levels
*Employed immediately after graduation
*Reported to Managing Director directly
*Worked in the areas of Project Coordination, Estimation and Quotation preparation and follow up
