• Typing of the Internal Memos, Debit Memos, Credit Memos and letters being issued internally and to sister concerns.
• Entry of all the documents like Payment Vouchers, Journal Vouchers, CRVs, Telegraphic Transfers and Payables Statement being sent to Head Office & for CEO's approval.
• Maintenance of the Muster Roll and the documents relating to the newly joined employees.
• Maintenance of the details relating to the refund requests received from Sales Department.
• Filing the contract copies in the Contract File being maintained.
• The cheques issued against documents being sent to Head Office to be updated in the Payment Vouchers File and then distributed to the concerned Accountants.
• Daily Report Generation relating to Parts, Service & Vehicle Division and forwarding the same to the management.
• Collecting the attendance details of all the accountants (SZR and branches) for the month and forwarding the same to HR Department.
• Maintenance and ordering of the stationery required in the department.
• Arranging for the interviews of candidates.
• Follow-ups with the suppliers and customers.
• Forwarding the important mails wherein action is to be taken by concerned accountants.
• During annual audit arranging for getting the balance confirmation from the suppliers and customers.
• Any other work allocated by the department and Group Accounts Manager from time to time.
• Knowledge of tools at Al Ghandi Auto :
Working knowledge on Kerridge System, Telnet & GPS (Great Plains).
Diploma in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research
