Preparation of 60‑90 days’ forward outlook in APS software (Aspen Petroleum Scheduling ‑LP MODEL) and Orion, indicating unit throughputs, feed plans and product grades produced for units like FCC, Hydrotreater Unit, Delayed Coker Unit and Sulphur Recovery Unit.
Monitoring two refineries feed & return of products under job work as part of Legal Compliances. (SEZ & DTA).
Handled feed management, black oil production & management during FCC, CDU and Other Plants MEGA Shutdown and Start up.
Various Black Oil Cargo Preparation for exporting and continuous monitoring and follow up with business group / Planner and Trader for maintaining regular evacuation of products and maintain inventory level.
Monitoring & Control of various process parameters affecting yield & quality of streams across the refinery.
Controlling & Planning tank‑farm operations. Issuing Loading and Unloading plans involving jetty, tank‑farms & ships by handling multiple line conversions.
Preparing crude oil vessels unloading plans, crude blend recipe and ensuring flawless execution for both DTA and SEZ units.
Handling tough crudes (high pour point & highly viscous crudes) and blending to meet feed properties.
Operation:
Receipt, Dispatch & transfer (Mode: Rail, Road, Pipeline transfers) of Refinery downstream petroleum & petrochemical products.
Oil Movement operations and Proficient in Petroleum Product Tankers Unloading/Loading operations & Storage Tank Farm
Operation, Sphere Operation, manual gauging, and involvement in the preparation of SOP.
Commissioning, decommissioning, start up and shut down of plant and equipment (LPG storage, Sphere M&I)
