Hi I am Sutanuca, currently working in a temporary position as an HR Coordinator. My job involves conducting reference checks for selected candidates on behalf of employer (i.e. Banks in UAE).
Maintaining excel sheets with data of the selected candidates with application number and other
details.
Coordinating the whole process after the candidate's interview and issuing of offer letter.
Visa application for candidate shortlisted by the banks.
Labor Card and Medical Insurance card application for candidates shortlisted by the banks.
Updating company software with data of the selected candidates.
Follow up with reference contacts for pending checks via emails and calls.
Maintaining bank customers' data for concierge services.
