• Played an instrumental role in winning and then led delivery of 3 projects for one of the largest Real Estate Conglomerates in the world, Head quartered in the UAE, in their Finance function for 2 of their subsidiaries, as follows.
1. Business process reengineering led Intelligent Automation implementation leveraging Robotic process automation & Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR), across Order to Cash (O2C) cycle
2. Procure to Pay (P2P) transformation across the Operating model including Process reengineering, Automation intervention in Oracle & then RPA and Org restructuring
• Led the delivery of the intelligent automation track, including designing an automation CoE, for the back-office transformation program of one large cross industry conglomerate with HQ in UAE, across Retail, Real Estate, Entertainment & the Group
• Performed review and leading practices comparison to develop diagnostic report with recommendations across the operating model - Process, People & Technology & the future roadmap for the R2R function - For one of the key ministries of a Federal Government in the GCC
• Led automation projects in the Contact Center & Procurement operation for one of the Leading Telecom players in Africa
• Led RPA Proof of Concept in the Finance function for one of the Leading Aluminum manufacturing companies in the GCC
• Led a large first of a kind complex automation deal in response to an RFP from the govt. of UAE, by assembling a 30+ member pursuit team with diverse skills across UAE, US, UK & India
• Led the pursuit for a global hotel group to introduce intelligent workflow automation across their back-office processes at global scale
• Imparted training to junior team members from GCC, Africa & Pakistan on Developing Strategy & Diagnostic - Feasibility study, Roadmap & Business case development with a focus on Intelligent Automation
• Authored and delivered the IBM Blueworks Live training, a key component of 'Virtual Becomes Reality' program' to promote and onboard IBMers at remote contactless working, post the breakout of COVID19 pandemic

• Won and led the RPA proof of concept development for one of the large Retail groups in the UAE in their Supply chain management function

• Led Procure to Pay transformation project on ground, including a shard service center set up and implementing Robotics process automation, for the largest Islamic bank in the world, head quartered in the KSA. This was the first RPA development for EY in the GCC region. Drove the change management exercise across the bank as well

• Led Finance operating model review for a global shipping corporation, head quartered in the UAE
• Had key contribution in authoring a thought leadership on ‘Robotic process automation in the Gulf region’

• Was instrumental in driving EY’s participation in five external conferences across Dubai and Bahrain on RPA/AI & GBS/SSC in the last three years; including an RPA masterclass that has been conducted in three of these five events and generated significant awareness and traction in the market
