• Major Project: Construction Package 10-B-1 for Marina district East, South and North Promenades public realm in LUSAIL DEVELOPMENT (LREDC) Doha Qatar. Client: LUSAIL Real Estate Development Fee for design & build award phase: QAR 600, 000, 000 million Role: Main Contractor of Design & construction of Marina District waterfront Promenades which includes for the east and west wing of south marina promenade, the east promenade and the south promenade. The scope of landscape, structural in addition to the infrastructure and utilities to features of the promenades and Marina. Furthermore, construction of the fuel system including but not limited to the fuel tanks, fuel supply networks, fuel pumps and fuel dock. Further, pergola structures, water features, plat forms, plant stations, roads and kiosks.
• Provide Construction team services for design & construction of the fuel system including but not limited to the fuel tanks, fuel supply networks, fuel pumps and fuel dock. Further, pergola structures, water features (12 Nos. with 5Nos. of plant rooms), plat forms, ETS rooms, all infrastructure utilities including but not limited (DC, GAS, PWC, PW, FF, FS, SW, IR), roads and kiosks.
• Attend meetings with client & contractors, review & control design/construction program to achieve milestones, review & control works at site to adhere to approved methods & processes.
• Conduct technical review of Consultant Design and manage interfaces with other projects like CP10C1, C2 and C3.
• Manage Handing over procedures for each system.
• Manage and follow up consultant to provide Authority approval for each system.
• Follow up Testing & Commissioning procedures for each system.
• Manage and coordinate all logistic required for project.
• As Manager - Infrastructure run the full service Infrastructure team of ALNAKHEEL catering to all ongoing projects.
• Contribute to the day to day planning & execution of all current projects.
