b) Leasing/Contracting of Buildings, Apartments & Villas, - Real Estate Business Matters.
c) Liaison with local & government authorities - DEWA, ADDC, Dubai Land, RERA, Municipality.
d) Responsible for timely renewal of property rented and follow up for preparing new lease agreements.
e) Coordination with reputed real estate agencies to get best price for the properties in the market.
f) Day to Day follow-up with the maintenance team for execution of maintenance work on time- responsible for a team of 14 people.
