Sales & Business Development

• Manage the execution of the HR Management and core areas of the HR department including Personal Administration, Employee Service & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Wages & Payroll Management, Reward, and Recognition, as well as maintaining day-to-day HR Operations.
• Collaborates with the HR team to understand the client and organizations’ goals and implement strategies related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
• Controls the administration of HR operations including, but not limited to, compensation, employee benefits, end of service, disciplinary issues, disputes UAE Labour law, legal implications, and investigations.
• Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal and local government employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.

• Maintain regular communications with various clients, employees, and site representatives and evaluate current and future personnel requirements.
