Identify each potential customer’s training and consulting needs and expectation.
Make initial customer contact through calls.
Arrange meetings with potential clients for Customer Engagement Manager.
Research on potential prospects and assist in the identification of new markets and the analysis of current ones.
Build meaningful relationships with other company staff, outsourced consultants and trainers.
Recruit, select and contract training facilitators and consultants.

Research sources in order to develop new business connections.
Assist in designing and follow up of training and consulting proposals and/or offers.
Assist in preparing marketing and sales materials and toolkit.
Report the customers’ feedback to Customer Engagement Manager.
Assist in building and updating the customer database.
Participate in the development of the departmental sales plans and targets.
Assist the Customer Engagement Manager in the execution of the sales plans and in achieving sales targets.
Carry out the following training coordinator functions:
Development and circulation of training plan.
Coordinate training program bookings and trainees’ registrations.
Coordinate training venue and catering arrangements.
Supervise and coordinate trainers’ logistics.
Develop and deliver of training certificates.
Develop and maintain training events records & documentation.
Manage programs/trainers’ performance evaluation.
Management of training material production and delivery.
Other relevant administrative tasks assigned.
Meeting guests and providing them with fast and professional service, serving tables, taking orders and other general duties.
Clean tables and counters after people have finished dining.
Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
Take reservations and coordinate the timings.
Inform guests of daily specials/promotions.
Providing help to colleagues in all kind of work during busy time.
Work with restaurant staff in a team.
Knowledge about food, beverage and tobacco items.
Knowledge about Sequence of Service.
Always coordinate with related departments and report to manager or supervisor.
Sound knowledge of Management Policy, Restaurant Rules & Regulations and departments coordinated with.
Ability of handling the guest suggestion and complaint independently.
Dealing with customer complaint in tactful manner and report to Restaurant
