Making and closing sales Answer questions and technical issues to complete accounts' satisfaction. Make calls every month to offset possible attrition among the company's account Review service needs and usage and Meet Quota on time Identify products and pricing that will suit the customer's needs
Respond to customers or shippers' questions and/ or complaints Process sales invoicing in accordance with established procedures and standards. Ensure that supplier purchase invoices are correct and passed to appropriate department for processing Assist the sales team with quotations and client/product knowledge ‐ Produce reports and statistics Provide routing information and issue shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrive on time and to their correct location. Responsible for tracking of goods en‐route to their destination ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved so as to avoid delays. Responsible for the preparation of quotes for customers, which will involve examining products or materials to estimate quantities or weight and type of packing required for transport.
