Major Duties & Responsibilities
-Accept packages delivered by customers and assist with completing appropriate documentation.
-Respond to in-coming calls within the DHL standards to ensure that a positive image of DHL is portrayed at all times.
-Answer customer queries, providing accurate customer service information to all customers.
-provide customer assistance with tracing delivery details or with any inquires form typing, filing and routine clerical works as directed by the customer service supervisor. Assemble information and distribute reports, correspondence and literature, as directed.
-Maintain records, and refer information to appropriate staff member for follow-up or take accurate massages of required.
-Ensure the correct information of customers are logged onto computer.
