• Hands on experience in various projects starting with Luxury Villas, Medium Rise Residential Towers, Mixed-
Use Buildings, and lately Master Planning Projects in UAE.
• Responsible for design concept and development, technical co-ordination and management of Various large
and medium-scale projects at concept, preliminary and detail design stages.
• Manage clients through effectively communicating project plans, progress, expectations, risks, assumptions
and dependencies in a timely and clear fashion throughout the project.

• Have independently handled projects, Familiar with interfacing of building-related services, building
materials & specifications for finishing items.
• Responsible for design coordination, site activities, architectural design development/drawings review,
coordination with MEP engineers, reviewing the shop drawings submitted by contractors, amendment of
contract drawings and documents based on the revisions and suggestions given by the Principal Architects.
• Submitting different types of submissions; preliminary, exceptions, civil defense and final submissions
(Arch/Structure/MEP).

coordination.

be implemented before client submissions.
• Responsible for architectural and constructional detailing in relation to best practices.
• Responsible for reviewer of Technical drawings and Contractor’s submittals.
• Responsible for site coordination for construction related queries and suggestions.
• Liaise with authorities for project compliance to regulations and construction practices to explore
opportunities for design flexibilities.
• Well Acquainted with Dubai Municipality approval Procedures, prerequisites & submissions.
• Understand, adopt and absorb regional architectural style, construction techniques / requirement, drawings
and documentation style, Regional Building codes of compliance, material selection and approval
procedures.
• Involved in Producing Schematic Design reports till Good for Construction drawing sets for Nad AL Sheba
