• Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, system functionality and behavior from technical standpoint.
• Involved in requirement gathering and analysis for migration/upgrade/porting and supporting the definition of business process and communicate the contexts in which the rule, processes and policies are applied.
• Working with users to create and document technical specifications, addressing the information security
and technical requirements for upcoming business projects.
• Provide input into and/or create and execute end user documentation and training material for functionalities delivered. Responsible for conducting training sessions
• Models the requirement, understands business case and creates use case diagrams.
• Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and provides business solutions by using tools like Microsoft Visio in creating rich pictures processes.
• Implement Business strategy and creative problem-solving skills.
• Taking responsibility in monitoring and supports during deployment of functional solutions, and ensures the acceptable quality and integrity of the system according to client and industry specifications
• Documenting all the training modules and attends formal training classes.
• Closely works with system development team to gather functional requirement so as to describe the capabilities of the system to perform in terms of requested operations (IT application actions).
• Handling RFP/RFI for projects and operational deliverables.
• Conducting Internal ISO 27001 Audits and handling external audits.
• Inform project updates to Program Management Office (PMO) by using tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project
