• Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, system functionality and behavior from technical standpoint.
• Involved in requirement gathering and analysis for migration/upgrade/porting and supporting the definition of business process and communicate the contexts in which the rule, processes and policies are applied.
• Working with users to create and document technical specifications, addressing the information security
and technical requirements for upcoming business projects.

• Documenting all the training modules and attends formal training classes.
• Closely works with system development team to gather functional requirement so as to describe the capabilities of the system to perform in terms of requested operations (IT application actions).
• Handling RFP/RFI for projects and operational deliverables.
• Conducting Internal ISO 27001 Audits and handling external audits.
• Inform project updates to Program Management Office (PMO) by using tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project
Completed masters (M.tech) in computer science and engineering with a GPA of 8.0 in 2011 . Have published 3 technical papers in Networks and databases during masters and have also attended many technical seminars and have also participated in many national and local technical conferences. Have received applause for excellent communication and documentation and reading and writing/ speaking skills.
