• Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
• Ensure reception area is tidy.
• Fulfill all reasonable requests from customers to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
• Receive and sort e-mail for orders and reservations.
• Answering enquiries in person, by phone and on email.
• Dealing with customer’s complaints or problems
• Assist with catering events
• Assist client in addressing everyday grooming activities such as brushing teeth, toileting, bathing and grooming.

• Arrange medicines to be taken on schedule by providing appropriate reminders or administering medication only upon doctor’s orders
• Observe elderly for signs of deterioration or concern and report them to the family or doctor on an immediate basis
• Maintain record of client’s activities, behavior and symptoms for reference purposes
• Create schedules to ensure adequate and efficient staffing at all times
• Report staff hours to the Payroll department and respond to inquiries
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train retail sales staff as required
• Advise Supervisor in charge on staffing needs and personnel issues
• Assist Supervisor in charge with duties and tasks as required in a retail environment, and assume the role of Supervisor in his or her absence
• Facilitate clear communication between field staff and office staff
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
