Handles three major commercial properties of the Vista Malls (Lakefront Wharf, Lakefront Boardwalk and Vista Mall Pampanga). Primarily tasked to communicate with prospect and existing business partners/ tenants to ensure high tenancy rate and optimize mall's income. Handled International Brands exclusively being carried by the company in the Philippines ( National Geographic Lifestyle Bag, Manfrotto, Belkin, MB Quart, UNU, Woodford, Ubooly, Runtastic, Grain Audio, Boompods, Fluxmob, Pinlo, Felix, Enerpad and Yamazoki Moktak, etc.), Key Account of Major Clients (Power Mac Center and Lazada Philippines), Spearheaded new client acquisition for the company. Directly reporting to the President of the company regarding Marketing and Sales Movement and involved in company’s day to day operations. Worked with the Marketing Director in the implementation of marketing strategy for the brand/s handled by analyzing trends, conducting research planning and recommending marketing plans with the objective of raising brand awareness and increasing the market share of the product/s. In charge of implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication (Product Launches, Promotions, In-store collateral, Advertisement, Events, Sponsorships PR and Marketing Collaterals)
Primarily tasked to create effective marketing strategy to ensure profitability and increase in brand awareness through events, sponsorship and other company and in-store promotions. Conducts store visit and ensures conformity of all store marketing collaterals and store personnel with the company and global standards.
Handled Newport City Complex (Resorts World Manila, Remington Hotel, Starcruises Centre, Maxims Hotel, Plaza 66 and 150 Newport Boulevard.) Facilitated the whole leasing process to maximize income and achieve property occupancy goals which includes constant communication with tenants to address their concerns (verbal and written), coordinated with respective departments for fast delivery of solution to ensure client satisfaction, conducted meetings with prospect clients to discuss possible business partnership and growth of the business in the property and implemented efforts to gain new merchants through research and site visitations, at par customer service and created retention plans/strategy to increase renewals.
Primarily tasked to come up with specific marketing strategies and solutions to produce sales for the company. In charge of talking to clients for inquiries, company presentations and represent the company in a meeting called by clients. Directly reports to the President of the company and regularly update her about the status of the department and the concern of other departments & branches when it comes to procurement of items aligned to branding. Also did Lay-out and maintain several paraphernalia’s of the company (id, company profile, calling cards, powerpoint presentations, bidding documents, forms, sticker labels, posters, announcements, videos, uniforms, etc.) Spearheaded the formation of the Company’s website.
