Promote and sell exhibition space and sponsorship. Conducting face-to-face sales to current exhibitors, lapsed exhibitors and new prospects. Develop and maintain long term relationships with current customers and prospects, understanding their business and marketing needs. Actively seek out and follow through effectively on new prospects.
Responsibilities:
• Project Executive at Algeria Health, the largest international healthcare event in Algeria on 4-7 December 2017 at the Palais des Expositions, SAFEX, Algiers, Algeria, organised by ATEX International Exhibitions and under the patronage of Ministry of Health, Population and Hospital Reform.
• Sales and Sponsorship at Kuwait Health is the largest international healthcare event in Kuwait on 2-4 April, 2019 at the Kuwait International Fair, Mishref, under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Jamal Mansour Abdullah Al Harbi, Kuwait Minister of Health.
Achievements:
• Successfully launched the following 2 exhibitions and conferences as Sales Executive:
a. Kuwait Health Exhibition & Conference - 2, 000sqm
b. Algeria Health Exhibition & Conference - 1, 500sqm
Responsibilities:
• In charge of managing the company’s entire database through Sales CRM (PipeDrive) and Email Marketing Systems (Mailchimp)
• Manages the company’s IT system, software installation, PC/laptop set-up (for new users), servers and back-ups
• In charge of sourcing and managing of contractors for exhibitions / conference:
o Freight contractor
o Shell scheme and space only contractors
o Onsite signage and collaterals printing contactors
o Visa applications, exhibitor confirmation letters
• Deals with exhibitors regarding operation and logistic requirement in a timely manner to ensure that exhibitors have a stress-free preparation before an event or exhibition
• Implement standards of global events and ensures safety policies of the company are in place during pre-event, onsite and post event activities
• Manage and update online exhibitors manual
• Manages compulsory and optional exhibition forms, making sure that exhibitors comply with deadlines
• Provides solutions and options for exhibitors during build-up, onsite and break down

a. Kuwait Health Exhibition & Conference - 2, 000sqm
b. Dine Exhibition & Conference - 1, 000sqm
c. Fitness & Sports Exhibition Middle East - 1, 000sqm

Responsibilities:
• Provides assistance and resolves computer (hardware / software) and communications trouble encountered by users.
• Installs and configures computer hardware, operating systems and applications for user deployment (user account and password, email network map drives, application setup, etc.)
• Monitors and maintains computer systems, printer and networks.
• Performs monthly backup (emails, scanned documents, user files and application database).
• Troubleshoots system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware / software faults.
• Conducts safety checks on computer and other IT equipment.
• Extends technical assistance to side offices (Hardware and software via phone, email and remote connection assistance).
• Ensures the integrity and confidentiality of access codes of data and appliance.

• Provide first level troubleshooting on a shifting basis as part of the 24/7 team.
• Provides technical troubleshooting on the various BlackBerry®, Andriod and iOS concerns for SMART Telecommunication with different mail servers over the phone and via email
• Worked closely with the Solutions Engineering and Consultancy Team to prepare new deployments, incident reports and statement of work documents for implementation.
• Escalate and coordinate with Research In Motion (RIM) and SMART technical team whenever there is a data network signal problem or GPRS service downtime and released downtime bulletin to affected users.
• Provided customer communication to the authorized level of understanding to assure a successful outcome.
• Escalate and coordinate with service providers/carriers like ETPI and PLDT when there is a service interruption (ex. Internet connection problem) as well as the releasing of downtime bulletin announcement to affected users.(Internal)
