Key Target Areas handled independently -
Sales and Marketing of KIA Brand of vehicles to 120 corporate and co-operative banks ( Corporate Sector ) in Lagos, Nigeria - total 143 cars sold during my tenure thru regular marketing and Field visits.
Preparing government tenders for their mass transportation projects, performa invoices, customer proposals and working out lease schedules and barter deliveries.
Attending Walk Ins and potential buyers visiting the showroom and executing the 6 point demo of the displayed vehicle
Answering approx 25 -30 customer telephonic enquiries daily in addition to the showroom activities, routine tasks and targets assigned . 65 such enquiries were converted to effective sales.
Arranging Training Programmes for drivers employed with our Fleet Customers as a marketing strategy for customer satisfaction and retention.
Training programmes like Defensive Driving and Safety point check / precautions were some of the first of its kind held in the automotive sector in Nigeria.

•Co-ordinate with Production to maintain supply of products translating sales orders to meet the company projections
•Optimize working capital through proper ordering procedure and scientific inventory control to meet the five essentials i.e. - right quality, right quantity, right price, right source and right delivery.
•Coordinate accounts and finance with logistics of the company at all the branches and cater to their needs and requirements. Reporting inventory information to sales & other related departments by giving feedback on stocks, supply status, tracking shipments etc. for MIS integration.
•Maintenance of warehouses and records for perpetual inventory, suppliers and bonded stocks to enable easy order picking, efficient warehousing systems for physical inventory checkup with audit liaison.
•Insurance for stocks in transit with effective checks on leakages, optimization on premium cost and subsequent follow up on filing insurance claims.
•Develop a system of organising and monitoring for in time, complete supplies and distribution effectively with minimum cost factors, such as primary and secondary freight, transportation, demurrage, tariff analysis, Octroi, Excise, Sales Tax etc.,
•Imports from Sigma centers worldwide and dealing on foreign supplies for associate’s vessels in Indian waters and Indian flag ships in foreign ports
