Oversee IT Infrastructure that comprises of LAN/WAN, Data Center & Network /Server Management.
Managed, Designed and Implemented the connectivity of Point of sale machine connected with ERP.
Manage the Wireless 4G/3G Data connectivity b/w all branches to Head Office.
Manage Mobily DIA dedicated Internet connectivity of Head office and 9 branches of Riyadh and Jeddah. Server
Software upgrade project, Installation & Implementation of Solarwinds NMS and PRTG integrating all the Cisco
Network into one NMS.
Administer and maintain the NMS system, corrections and upgrades, technical Notes.
Estimation and planning for the upgrades along with the management.
Handling NMS upgrade, software patches and installations cases and maintaining minimum SLA for all NMS related
cases.
Monitoring Network Traffic / Internet Links / Client Traffic on switches and routers and report to management in case
of any irregularity.
Generate Alerts of high /low bandwidth utilization and set alerts if any Network switch / router Port down/ Mitigate
and resolve issues and make reports of Incidents if happens.
Monthly / Weekly report of Network through Solarwinds and report to management.
On Call support for emergency cases.
Check Syslog Server and Netflow on Solarwinds NPM and NTA.
Monitoring of NMS (Network Monitoring System) of entire network activity of HQ and Branches through Solarwinds
Software.
Installed Solarwinds log & Event Manager and implemented within the company and monitoring the logs activity on
Servers and Network Devices.
Implemented Network Devices Security.
UPS Management of Eaton 15KVA two UPS with online monitoring. Few Major projects completed Manage IP -
VPN MPLS Connectivity.
Manages Network projects according to agree upon budgets and schedules.
Standardized network management and monitoring tools across the organization to provide real- time alerting

Managed PMEX LAN/WAN and Network Security infrastructure, restructured network team to increase efficiency and
