• Enhanced the dealers & distributor network and streamlined the discount structure.
• Explored the unconventional market segment i.e. Building Material Dealers to sell the products and thus enhanced the distribution channel.
• Introduced “MODICARE” service to provide customers professional advice and application of paints for finishing their houses.

• Joined the organization as Management trainee and on completion designated as Regional Sales Supervisor reporting direct to Regional Manager.
• Worked closely for almost a year with the leading Marketing Research & Consultancy MART (Marketing and Research Team) New Delhi completing a research study on behest of Matsushita Electrical Corporation of Japan, the JV partner of NOVINO battery intended to introduce premium GOLD series of dry batteries.
