Develop and work with physicians / end user to adapt instrumentation to the specific needs of the physician / end user / the hospital.

Develop, administer and maintain the department’s comprehensive maintenance policies for responsive maintenance, PPM, calibration and life cycle management.

Maintain and continually update the equipment data on the status of equipment, maintenance history, maintenance requirements and support status and replacement / upgrade schedule of all medical / lab equipment / systems by management system.

Generate service contracts following the end of warranty period for installed base and grow the pool of equipment under service contract.

Monitor and review root-cause analysis, periodic, preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance, checks and schedules.

Ensuring OSHAS (Occupational Health and Safety Standard), institutional / national / international safety / quality / regulatory policies /standards are adhered /complied with at all times.

Prepare a recommended list of spares for essential equipment, inspect and test equipment, devices to ensure compliance with manufacturer’s specification and standards;

Developing In-house and In-Field training and workshop as needed to update field staff on upgrades, technical communications / updates, new equipment and engineering changes.

Conduct evaluation of maintenance projects, tenders, equipment & site survey and its feasibility.
