• Merchandise Financial, Strategic and Assortment Planning: Financials (Sales, Stock, Margins, and Forward Cover etc.), Store (Subgroup level Sales, Order Quantity, Allocation, Replenishment etc.), Assortment (Style, Price, Brand, Supplier etc.)
• Stock Optimization: Ensure that optimal inventory levels are maintained for the sales performance and projected sales levels in the given region, partnering with the Allocation team to ensure merchandise is correctly shifted.
• Maximizing return on investment, through portfolio optimization, planning sales and inventory levels. Creating and maintaining optimum balance between sales, margins and inventory levels at all times so as to minimize losses resulting either from Stock Outs or excessive markdowns.

• Pre-order working including Sales Projection, Price-Point Analysis, capacity plan, Stock-Mix, Sales-Mix & Sell-Thru.
• Selection of right product and determination of reasonable price points for specific territories.
• Pricing of all the products by having a competitive market research.
• Manages product management, logistics, including product master and central system integration.
• Analyses store wise historical sale data according to product range.
• Preparation of Daily/weekly/Monthly/Seasonal- Sales, and Margin reports.
• Focus on inventory control and close watch on OTB (open to buy) in order to achieve department target.
• Constant watch on forward stock cover in order to avoid the stock out situation and loss of sale.
• Planning inventory and product assortment for new store openings, ensuring seamless workflow and successful opening.

• Swapping of the stock from shop to shop, depending on the situation.
• Preparing the daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales reports.
• Following up with the warehouse for the replenishment.
•Monitor strength, clarity and reliability of incoming and outgoing signals and adjust equipment as necessary to maintain quality broadcasts.
•Downlink and uplink of feed from different regions of Pakistan, UK/Europe and USA.
•Observe monitors and converse with station personnel in order to determine audio and video levels and to ascertain that programs are airing.
•Follow up of unavailable material like programs, commercials, promos and additional promotion material on daily basis and also pay full attention towards the station branding for the day, if any.
•Co-ordinate and interact with the marketing teams in different regions of Pakistan, Middle East, USA and UK.
•Insertion of Commercials in the CTS i.e. Commercial Transmission Schedule.
•Programming and Scheduling Programs in the EPG i.e. electronic program Schedule in case of an error.
•Conduct daily live show from different studios (Pakistan, UK, Dubai) of continuous 3hrs or even more depending on different occasions
•Have vast experience of live sports (cricket, hockey, boxing etc...) series shown by ARY Digital Network.
•Develop high quality standard and cooperative team to achieve established objectives.
