Pharmacy & Retail Operations
• Initiated Medela Breast Pumps Rentals Program in Northern Tampa Bay Area in collaboration with Florida Health
Department. This resulted in over $4K sales in the first six months
• Collaborated with Well-‐Care PBM team to promote Flu Shots in the Tampa Bay Area through direct mail-‐flyers and
retention calls. This effort resulted in 13.7% increase in yearly Flu shot sales
• Worked closely as a lobbyist with congressmen, successfully promoted “FL House Bill 509” which granted access to
Pneumonia and Shingles shots to pharmacists in the state of FL
Store Operations
• Switched to Store Operations to gain better knowledge of multi-‐unit operations of Walgreens Company and to continue
to challenge myself as an individual. Completed Applied Drug Store Management Certification
• Assisted peer store managers in developing pharmacy operational leaderships skills
