Monitoring the daily stock levels of raw materials. (Including the Packaging materials) and reporting of any Shortage or Excess in stock.
Checking the receiving materials as per the in house standards, stock monitoring; ensure the quality of raw materials and FIFO.
Monitoring each and every process of production from Receiving of Raw Material, Pre Processing of Product to finished Product.
Report exceptions and initiate claiming of Spoilages and Shortage received during overseas procurement from the supplier.
Preparation of Daily Forecast for Juice Production, based on current sales, previous week’s sales and coordinating with sales team based on market scenario.
Monitoring the stock levels of finished products and FIFO is fallowed for the same.
Effective management and utilization of Manpower, Machinery and Assets, reporting any idle time/hours in any section/areas time to time, for saving the overheads and cost controlling.
Preparation of weekly and monthly raw materials stock reports.
Preparation of yield reports based on targeted yield \[weekly & monthly\].
Preparation of wastage and spoilage reports \[weekly & monthly\].
Ensure that all sales returns are handling properly and making sure that all the returns are justified and properly handled and recorded.
