My Responsibilities in Muntajat includes collecting, analyzing and providing support services to translate the business processes into successful IT solutions and services that address the business needs. The role supports the business by successfully communicating with stakeholders, analyzing the business requests, finalizing the requirements, managing the project, developing the solutions, administering the frequent changes, troubleshooting the issues and training the users.
Major responsibilities comprises Microsoft SharePoint and Enterprise Project Management projects delivery and completion, resource planning and engagement, clients handling, project status tracking and reporting, resources skills development and trainings, conduct awareness sessions for new products, proposal development and delivery, conduct solution defense presentation and technical clarification sessions, demo preparation and presentation on the client with sales team.
My role was to perform requirement analysis, solution implementation and resource management, client handling, code reviews and custom development, application testing and support.
My role was to perform analysis, custom coding, testing & bug fixing. In parallal also responsible for customer daily support.
In 2002, I completed B.S Computer Science degree from University of Karachi with major in: - Software Engineering - Distributed Databases - Core Network - Computer Graphics - Natural Language Processing
Completed Higher Secondary School education in year 1998 from D.J. Sindh Government Science College with major in Science Pre-Engineering.
