Drafting job advertisements and posting the same on various Job Sites like Naukri, Monster, Times Job, Careerage etc. And on various Social Networking website such as Linked in, Facebook, Google Plus, Bullhorn, Talent now, and various Gulf based classified Portal like Khaleej Times, Gulf News, Dubai Online Classified, ReqCloud etc.
Coordinating with the Clients on their current requirements and regular Interaction for understanding the requirement and business needs.
Experience in Cold Calling
Recruiting staff for the various client from Gulf Region and India, this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, conducting preliminary interview.
Responsible for other duties including: sales presentations, writing sales propositions, implementing, creating and adding to existing marketing materials.
Facilitates organisation with promotional events and Marketing & advertisement.
Well Versed with UAE working Environment & Labour Law in Particular.
Sending the weekly/Bi-weekly reports to the Manager. And coordinating with client for complete joining formalities and maintaining the long lasting relationship.
Generating Lead & up-selling opportunities within the customer by offering various scheme exclusively available for the need based customer.
Interacting with valuable customers by phone, e-mail or online chat concerning various issues,
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer’s requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and thereby resolving it.
