 Recruiting staff for the various client from Gulf Region and India, this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, conducting preliminary interview.
 Responsible for other duties including: sales presentations, writing sales propositions, implementing, creating and adding to existing marketing materials.
 Facilitates organisation with promotional events and Marketing & advertisement.
 Well Versed with UAE working Environment & Labour Law in Particular.
 Sending the weekly/Bi-weekly reports to the Manager. And coordinating with client for complete joining formalities and maintaining the long lasting relationship.

 Generating Lead & up-selling opportunities within the customer by offering various scheme exclusively available for the need based customer.
 Interacting with valuable customers by phone, e-mail or online chat concerning various issues,
 Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer’s requests.
 Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and thereby resolving it.
