Working in Riyadh metro project as a site manager at Line-6.

Doha Oasis Project is almost completed and finishing work is continue such as, fixing tiles, plastering, Gypsum drywall, Ceiling work and Painting.

My responsibility is to complete work as per drawing and complete on time.Under my hand there are 90 workers are doing work including of 4 foreman and two supervisor.

Daily work update to Construction manager.

1- Maintain detailed records of work performed by the contractor in case the work is performed on a Day Works basis.
2-Act in a professional way but firm in dealings with the Contractor.
3- Coordinate with the contractor’s foreman in charge of the work daily to advice on the proper execution of the work.
4-Maintain a detailed diary of the day’s work activities, issues, work approved or rejected, hours of operation, labor and equipment used, etc. and sign at the end of each day as directed by the Owner.
5-checking material quality.
and many other works related to construction filed.`
6-Everyday report submit to project Engineer.

I was civil site engineer in this company, we built two malls in Hyderabad.

In this six months training i did learn about substructure and super structure work under guidance of project engineer.
and others things such as, how to made daily reports, Quality of material checking and coordination.
