Currently Reporting to CFO/VP Finance|
• Design and implement day-to-day business operations, establish the meetings with internal & external stakeholders. Priorities conflict meeting requests.
• Maintain Finance HR Data, Active, New Hiring, Turnover employee. Present to CFO & discuss with him.
• Budget monitoring & Controlling Payment Process, Creating PR in Oracle Fusion, Manage Finance E-Business Suite, and Leverage finance micro-strategy dashboard.
• Arrange the overseas meeting, & execute in-bound & outbound travelling arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute Board and committee pre-read materials, meetings agendas, notifications, and meeting minutes for the Board of Director and committee.
• Maintaining key corporate, confidential documents & records.
• Efficiently communicating on behalf of CFO, Maintain & establish a cooperative working relationship with all Executive VP’s & other colleagues.
• Monitoring the NMC official announcement & set up the reminders to all finance staff.
• Support All Finance Functions: (Finance Operations, FP&A, Treasury and Governance Tax & Zakat). Organize all workshops/meetings, External & Internal guests.
• Provide full Admin & secretarial task to smooth flow of CFO office bbusiness.
Currently Reporting to COO (Pharmacies & Nahdi Care Clinic)|
• Design and implement day-to-day business operations, establish the meetings with internal & external stakeholders. Prioritizing conflicting meeting requests.
• Execute the kingdom field visit with team, throughout the year along with CEO.
• Maintain the yearly roadshow plan around the kingdom & arrange the complete logistic plan as per schedule.
• Communicate with all-regional Director/GM. As per instruct by COO.
• Scheduling the dept. review agenda, follow-up & maintain the schedule time to time.
• Carry out the PR is for day-to-day business. In-connection of company projects. & manage their payment logs.
• Execute complete logistic arrangements for domestic, int’l & hotel reservations, via self-booking App.
• Dept. Petty cash handling and organize to send gift bouquet on behalf of COO to his esteemed team members.
• Team Building Management.
• Effectively handling all type of administrative tasks to smooth flow of COO office business.

Weir Techna is the main contractor of the Kindasa Phase B1 SWRO Plant Capacity 25, 500M3 per day reverse osmosis desalination plant inside the Jeddah Islamic Sea Port. The company is based in Scotland U.K.

Reported to Project Site Manager & Deputy Manager.
Weir Techna, Jeddah Islamic seaport office based on 30 - 40 various engineers, technicians & other staff.

•Correspondence with the project owner company “Kindasa Water Services”
•Correspondence with the civil sub-contractor, Electro Mechanical, Out Source Labor Contractor.
•Correspondence with the Head Quarter office in UK. & follow up the instruction from various dept. in regard of civil drawing, piping instrumentation, Electro Mechanical, & others. Related to the Kindasa phase B1 project.
•Correspondence with the Middle East Dubai office & execute the travel plan for engineers & manage visa processing for site engineers.
•Receiving the shipment from head office, & distributing the drawings according to their concern depts. & sub-contractors.
•Arrange the visitor’s visas for engineers & other staff who is coming from head office & UAE office..
•Arrange the accommodation for site engineers with Arabian Homes compound & renewal their contracts.
•Prepare the monthly out-source labor report, & produce to the Project Site Manager and taking the necessary approval for monthly payment.
•Execute the mobilize & demobilize staff plan & discuss with project site manager.
•Maintain site accounts & coordinate with accounts desk in UK head office.
•Obtain the necessary in & out gate passes permission for staff, on monthly basis from Jeddah Islamic sea port authority.
•Execute the flight bookings & hotel reservation.
•Preparing the monthly meeting agenda with “Kindasa Water Services” & submit the company portfolio for review & approvals.
•Coordinate with the cargo agencies & seaport authority to clearance the project equipment’s shipment.
•Preparing the monthly staff wages, allowance, car rental payments, utilities bills, & other office sundries.
