Responsible for the business development and sales of Speciality Chemicals in Oil and Gas, Petrochemcials, Agrochemcials and Pharma Industries in the Middle East and India.
-Responsible for the Sales of Process Chemicals and Catalyst in the Oil / Gas and Petrochemical Industry in Qatar.
-Developed Customer base and worked towards increasing it on year to year basis with understading the buying behaviour and key decision making matrix.
-Worked towards increasing the division revenue with a targeted margins.
-Revenue Generation of over QAR 40Million per annum from a mix of Chemicals & Catalyst and constantly working towards increasing the yearly revenue by 15% p.a.
-Developing and Forecasting the Sales and Marketing plan for the products.
-Leading internal pricing bid review till the final realisation of the sales order.
-Writing success and failure studies for post discusions and reviews.
• Sales and Business Development of filtration and separation products of Pall Corporation (www.pall.com), Molecular Sieves and Catalysts of UOP Ltd (www.uop.com) in Qatar Petroleum and its offshoots / subsidiaries viz: Offshore platforms, Refinery, Fertilizer plant, Petrochemical plant, LNG plants, NGL plant, Polyethylene plant, Electricity and Water Generation plant, MTBE and Methanol plant.
• Technical presentations on behalf of Pall Ltd and UOP Ltd to the customers from time to time on new applications and products.
• Assisting and advising customers in lines with their needs as a result building strong customer relationship at all the levels.
• Promote plant specific applications and generate single source enquiries.
• Preparing commercial and technical offers on the tenders and the customer enquires on behalf of UOP and Pall and negotiating orders
• Updating Pall and UOP on weekly basis on the upcoming projects / tenders and sales activities with the timely customer meeting and regular follow-up.
• Responsible for executing the order after business conclusion for the realization and logistics.
• Organized and structured sales actions with a defined and controlled strategy.
• Conducting Liquid / Gas and Liquid / Liquid Coalescence test at various customer sites in Qatar using a test rig with Pall housing.
• Marketing BPL’s Washing Machines and Refrigerators through the Dealer-Network.
• Appointing Dealers, planning their stocks and implementing strategies to increase the market share.
• Implementing the Company’s quarterly rolling plan in the assigned territory.
• Conduct market research and to keep track of competitors activities.
• Develop and implement media strategy.
• Market Mapping.
• Organised promotional campaigns through participation in the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Fairs and other territorial events.
