Working in a Joint Venture with Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) and Exxon Mobile as an Health & Safety Coordinator for construction of specialty Elastomers facility located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The facility will have the capacity to produce up to 400, 000 tonnes per year of rubber including Halobutyl, Styrene Butadiene, Polybutadiene, and Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) Rubbers, Thermoplastic Specialty Polymers, and Carbon Black. This is first-of-its-kind Elastomers facility in the Kingdom.
• Review all audits conducted by HSE Auditing team and ensure their quality
• Manage Client HSE training program including the development and implementation of safety training programs on proactive basis
• Manage all the official correspondence within Company, Contractors and third parties
• Development of monthly HSE Newsletter
• Reviewing the external audits reports and generating the according action plan
• Administrative management of the Client HSE Organization
• Conduct accident investigation and provide written reports to management
• Supervises the preparation, maintenance, retrieval, and communication of records, reports, or documents that may be required to meet corporate or regulatory requirements, including monitoring the application of HSE standards and goals
• Conduct Camp Audits
• Designed campaigns and other HSE awareness materials including project monthly HSE newsletter
