Functions in HR Department:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: -
• Assess applications and interview applicants.
• Orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, evaluations and terminations.
• Maximizing ROI on recruitment costs, increasing efficiencies by various initiatives.
• Implement cost effective sourcing strategies for identifying high quality talent.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Determine selection criteria.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social and professional platforms).
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Joining Formalities: -
• Induction and Training for new joiners.
• Advise on pay and other remuneration issues including promotion and benefits.
• Preparation of offer letter based on company requirement and UAE labor law.
• Arranging OK to board for all the required employees.
• Making joining formalities for newly joined employees and Office Setup.
• Issuance of ID card no. for new employees.
• Medical fitness certificate, documentation for visa stamping / labor card.
• Fingerprint Register for attendance purpose.
• Preparing Employee personal files.
• Making Inactive the employee’s attendance records after termination/Resignation.
Project Coordination: -
• Coordinate with all site staff and workers leave, General request, resignation process on time.
• Coordinate with different camps at site for accommodation arrangement for the employees.
• Preparing transfer letter staff & Workers.
• Coordinate with all staff & workers ticket booking.
• Transportation Arrangement for staff & Guest.
Data Management: -
• Employee’s Master update for daily basic.
• Visa master update for daily basis.
• Employee’s personal files.
• Keep filling/document management system.
• Generating monthly report on addition/deletion of employees.
Compensation & Benefits: -
• Annual leave salary / Full & Final Settlements / Gratuity Calculations.
• Update new employee information in database and Appling bank account cards.
• Monthly attendance preparing.
• Updating the monthly Overtime based on work request.
• Distribute pay slips monthly.
HR Operations: -
• Maintaining Daily Attendance report, Sick Leave and Annual leave record.
• Implementing new policies as per the changes from local government
• Payroll Process through Al Ansari Exchange.
• Preparation of Documents such as Salary certificates, no objection certificates, Warning letters,
Contract conclusion letters etc.
• Timely Reply to the queries from employees.
• Tracking the renewal status of employment related documents such as visa Labor cards
emirates id etc.
• Collaboration between all departments to maintain smooth operation for employees.
• Review employment and working condition to ensure legal compliance.
• Weekly meetings with employees
• Handling Workmen compensation insurance and health insurance policies of all employees.
Visa Processing: -
• Coordinate with PRO for the visa processing (New, Renewal, Exit Permit & Cancellation) in MOL.
• Handling MOL end to end process.
• Making arrangements for on-boarding and accommodation for new employees.
• Responsible for Main land sponsored staff’s legal documents.
• Arrangements for medical fitness certificate, documentation for visa stamping / labor card.
• Knowledge of applying all other countries Visa through proper channels.
Complaints & Grievances: -
• Investigate disciplinary queries and ensure prompt action taken.
• Monitoring of staff suggestion and complaints and make necessary action when its required.
• Handling End of service (EOS) clearance, Exit Interviews etc.
