Managing a team of IT professionals which includes Programmers, Network Engineers and Technicians to provide full IT and ERP support to company employees and management.

Serve as a technical expert across the teams and external vendors. Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services. Monitor performance of IT systems and ensure it operates at high level of efficiency and in a cost-effective way. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) relating to IT. Ensure infrastructure security is maintained in line with SOPs developed. Manage, maintain, and procure companywide hardware and software infrastructure. Responsible to provide Internal IT Audit & Auditing report to company management for all branches and to provide all IT reports to External IT Auditors on annual basis.
