• Responsible for end to end recruitment process on infrastructure projects for UAE & Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate with project manager and deputy project managers for the staffing requirements
• Screening & Short-listing CV’s from sources like Job portals, recruitment drives, recruitment agencies & references.
• Responsible for telephonic interviews & coordination for personal interviews.
• Responsible for salary negotiation as per the budget, prepare the offer letter & complete the documentation.
• Responsible to submit the selected candidates for the client approvals and follow up with management team.
• Handling mobilization of employees, coordinate with mobilization team for visa processing & on-board procedures.
• Attend the weekly conference calls with project manager and mobilization team to track the status of candidates.
• Update the tracking system for the management to know the status of each position on the staffing matrix.
• Proficient using the Taleo (Applicant Tracking System) to keep a track of a candidate from initial screening till on-site.
• Currently Handling redeployment & internal transfers on Long term and Short term assignments for expatriates and commuters for various locations particularly for UAE.

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment cycle from the point of identifying the recruitment needs and new hire requisition approval including writing Job specifications and advertising, screening and short-listing CVs and Pre- interviewing candidates.
• Develop search strategies covering a wide variety of methods including internal and online database search, head-hunting, referrals, writing & placing adverts online, Job portals and online networking sites.
• Negotiating salaries based on Project Manpower budget and liaising with PRO for visa availablity.
• Preparing the Candidate and CV for final client interview.
• Co-ordinate with Site offices overseas and facilitate the mobilization and demobilization processes of the newly recruited staff from the point of hire to Employment site.
• Liaising with Manpower consultants such as Philippines, UAE, European & India as and when required.
• Ensures Candidate Tacking systems are updated. (BULL HORN REACH)
• Assist in Post Recruitment Process including Visa Stamping, Medical, Documentation, Induction, Joining Formality, and referral Checks and Filing.
• Assist in maintaining & updating all data related to Recruitment and mobilization, along with weekly HR reports based on Vacancies and Visa Processing Status are updated and appropriate documentation for approvals/ termination / rejections etc are carried out to make available consistent data and reports
