• Understanding of SIEM Implementation & its Integration with other
Network devices and Applications and the troubleshooting work.
• Hands-on experience with common security technologies
(Splunk, NextGenAV, Vulnerability Assessment, IDS/IPS,
Firewall, DLP)
• Experience in handling Security detection and incidents and analyzing
through MITRE framework, building use cases by Tabletop Exercise.
• Threat hunting through Palo Alto threat Vault, Crowdstrike Falcon Threat
Intel.
• Ensures the integrity and protection of networks, systems, and
applications by technical enforcement of organizational security policies,
through the performance of formal Risk Assessments, Policy and
Governance, and internal Threat Analysis in regards to a SOC
environment, with the use of SIEM tools such as Splunk
• Responsible for monitoring networks and security tools to detect
suspicious and hostile activity across the Environment.
• Monitor security system and diagnose malware events to ensure no
interruption of service. Identify potential threats, anomalies, and
infections and provide a report to the customers
• Responding to security incidents by collecting, analyzing, and providing
detailed evidence (network log files) and ensuring that incidents are
recorded and tracked by its guidelines and requirements.

• Perform advanced L2/L3 incident investigations using Microsoft Sentinel
and Defender XDR for cloud, endpoint, and identity-based threats.
◦ Led advanced L2 security investigations involving malware outbreaks,
ransomware indicators, account compromise, insider threats, and
suspicious lateral movement.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server operating systems including system
patching, performance
monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Manage and troubleshoot core AD services like User Accounts, Group Policy
Objects (GPO), DNS, and
DHCP to ensure secure access and operational continuity.
• Configure and troubleshoot VPN and other remote access solutions.
• Monitor and configure Network devices.
• End to End follow up with Enterprise Service providers in case of Incident
Management.
• Install, configure, deploy, and retire end-user hardware (desktops, laptops,
peripherals) and server
components.
• Maintained a 98% SLA compliance rate for all assigned L2 Incidents and
Service Requests.
• Noting a track of all problem tickets and update on all enterprise change
requests.
