 Implementing Enterprise Anti-virus solution with Trend Micro Antivirus Corporate Edition
 Hands on Experience in Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management
 Do timely resolution of all the infrastructure related incidents.
 Having good Experience in ticketing tool like HP OPENVIEW
 Service Improvement Plan and Change review
 Do timely SLA reviews for all the calls under Windows and Emails service areas
 Remote administration using MS Terminal client, RDC, WEBEX, TEAM VIEWER.
 Troubleshooting and resolving hard core OS level problems
 Security Compliance tasks include Server Health Checks, user validations
 Problem management - assigning as well as resolving problem tickets based on severity
 Change management - follow change process for any modifications on the servers like policies implementation according to Company security standards
 Interaction with other team members and helping them to solve their problems as well.




 Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
 Troubleshooting and resolving hard core OS level problems
 Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
