Responsibilities :
Work Execution in compliance with Contractual Tender Documents, Scope of Work, Specification, BOQ, Site Safety Rules & Regulations, Civil Standards & Code of Practice, Construction Program, Related Government & Town Planning Department’s Approvals & Guidelines. Tests & Results Analysis of Materials .
Study the proposed site and verify finer details of the plan before executing it.
Make certain that the raw materials and equipments are used and stored as per the safety guidelines of the
organization.
Send monthly reports to clients on progress made at the construction sites .
Ensures that the structure is constructed as per the guidelines and specifications of the client .
Collect data from the site and make reports on stock of raw materials and equipments and submit it to
Management Personals.
Assist in conducting tests on materials for load bearing and resistance against environmental factors .
Inspect the work of supervisors, contractors and engineers and check for any deviations in executing the plan .
Issues NCR if work is not to the satisfaction and see it gets rectifies immediately.
Evaluates the Quantity & allotted budget as per BOQ for each deliverables .
Oversee the work of field staff to ensure efficacy of work procedures.
Ensure compliance to project specifications.
Make sure that all construction activities are being carried out in accordance to safety rules.
Ensure availability of resources and materials at all times.
Identify construction constraints and plan and carry out measures to counter them.

Managing EPC & EPIC Projects, Control, Review & Execution of the following Project Operations :.
Responsibilities :
Reviewing of detailed Scheduling and Resource planning. Preparation of detailed schedule which encompass all activities including Mobilization and demobilization, Engineering, Temporary facility, Procurement, Construction and Completion of the various systems, sub-systems or areas.

To oversee the completion of all construction accordance with the engineering and architects
drawings, specifications, review shop drawings, negotiate change orders.
Maintaining highest construction standards while containing costs and schedules supervise and motivate
field staff teams to complete work quickly and competently,
Managed engineering of construction project and administered contracts coordinated quality control, field
inspections and construction layout;
Monitoring of construction activities, oversees utilities; construction layout and material testing administered
Issues NCR for non compliance site works to the contractor.
Monitoring & Control of Construction activities as per approved baseline program and if lagging or delay of any activities occurs reports to Resident engineer for mitigation.
Monitor and controls the Procurement activities to see all approved materials are procured for superseding activities and see there is no shortage of materials at site.
Monitor and Controls the documentation process for approvals for - Materials, Technical Submittals, Prequalification, Method Statements, Request for Information, Samples & Mockup Approvals ect..
Evaluate and verify monthly Interim payments against progress percentage of work done at site.
