Operations

 Plans maintenance operation (routine and short-term) considering the spare parts and resources.
- Review of Notification and Attribution of the Trade
- Attribution of operation to long term and short-term planning
- Review of the Operation Priorities
- Creating work orders
- Identification of Work orders with revision code
- Follow-up of the planning of work orders short term and preventive maintenance
- Follow-up of parts orders for short term work orders
- Plans Short term corrective Work orders and Preventive maintenance Work Orders
Coordinate maintenance operation managed by GMC:
- Make sure that material requested by onshore fit with site material (if necessary, request to update BOM)
- Check availability of spare parts with Prep Dept assistance for the one which are stored onshore
- Dispatch preparation work between onshore and offshore (PTW, spare parts, lifting, etc…) and ensure follow up
- Gather the preparation works to ensure correct execution and follow up.
 Follow-up Material delivery onsite and inform onshore and supervisors
 Follow-up of reporting into Sap by supervisors by continuous and support in the reporting activities
 Check and comment activities prepared onshore by preparation team including PTW and revert with comment if necessary
 Integrated PTW prepared onshore into the site planning by participating to PTW meeting for submission and recovery of permits
 Assist preparation team in clarification for activities to be prepared urgently onshore
 Follow closely Critical maintenance activities such as F&G Preventive Maintenance activities or PSVs replacement
- Follow-up PSV calibration & installation progress, update PSV Follow-up and SAP reporting and ensure proper handover to other installing entities
- Follow-up of Flame arrestor replacement and/or maintenance
- Ensure F&G follow-up files is update by instrumentation Supervisor
 Secure Offshore readiness / execution of the discipline’s activities in accordance with 5-week planning
 Participate to CPY 5WLA Technical Review & Validation Planning Meeting and organize SITE feedback to Disciplines and Smart Room
 Anticipate, plans and requests the logistical means necessary for smooth maintenance operations, taking the various constrains into account when planning and carrying out operation
 In collaboration with the Trade Supervisor, he prepares intervention using CMMS
 Organize the movement of spare parts according to the requirement of maintenance operation
 Takes part in daily, weekly and co-ordination meeting in the Smart Room
