This provides for a reduction in data redundancy by eliminating the need for duplicating input where separate functional areas have data in common. Banner uses rules and validation tables to ensure the data is entered and accessed correctly. Banner is web-based and is designed to provide centralized reporting.

Part of a team implementing Oracle R12 HRMS modules HR and Payroll. Assisted in Business process mapping and prototyping, gap analysis, solution design, HRMS setup.
•Setup organizations, locations, elements, element links, job titles, Grades, payrolls, bank details, Global Values, Application Utility Lookups, Security Profiles and reports within the Oracle HRMS module for all applicable localizations, Setup HR related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, Special Information Types, responsibilities, request sets and menus under the System Administrator responsibility.
•Involved in defining Elements, Element sets, Assignment sets, Consolidation set, Element links.
