Working as a Senior Administrative Assistant in King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
As an Administrative and clerical assistant, I support the Dean of the College, providing assistance to the Assistant Dean, Academic Coordinator, and department supervisors with various tasks. Some of these tasks include:
• Organizing college events and coordinating with different program departments and administration units
• Solving administrative and operational issues
• Creating and sending business correspondence using Microsoft Office applications
• Providing general office support for various functions

• Organizing and making necessary arrangements for the guest lecturer from academia / industry professional on the subject matter expertise.
• Ongoing Project: From 2015 onward, played a pivotal role in securing full accreditation for the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA) over a 7-year span. Contributed significantly to the colleges accreditation process by meticulously preparing and submitting documentation to the NCAAA, ensuring thoroughness, and substantiating each claim with supporting evidence. This dedication culminated in the successful attainment of full accreditation for the institution.
I worked as a Senior Process Executive at Infosys, where I was part of the Change Advisory Board (CAB) domain. My main responsibilities were:
• Evaluating and approving Request for Change (RFC) based on their risk, impact, priority, resource, and authorization.
• Reviewing various documents and plans related to RFC, such as Post-Implementation reviews, Test plan and results, Business Technical and Required Documents (BTRD), Go-Live plan, Back-out plan, and Implementation plan.
• Communicating and coordinating with the change requester and the Global change manager regarding RFC details and status.
• Updating daily reports and work intake, as well as client SharePoint sites.
• Sending daily and weekly status reports with graphical representation to the managers and the client.
• Supporting the client on their Year End support freeze and other projects, such as Lean SDLC Testing and Mass mail to all the Change Management Department.

• Word Processor: I used the companys applications to create and edit documents and spreadsheets based on the order specifications.
• Proofer: I checked the accuracy and quality of the documents and spreadsheets before sending them to the next level.
• Screener: I reviewed the order details and assigned them to the appropriate team members.
Some of the initiatives took in the team were:
• Discovered some shortcuts and tips to speed up in level 3 (typing) and level 4 (proofing) stage and shared them with my colleagues.
• Suggested celebrating team members birthdays at the end of each month.
• Answering inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handling technical issues related to mobile devices and escalating them to the appropriate team if needed. I was selected for this role after eight months of excellent performance.
