• Inspection and verification of Asphalt JMF and Concrete Mix Design through trial mix and also performed
inspection of batching plants.
• Inspection of all kind of Dry services like Telecom ducts, traffic signal lines and its chambers, foundation of
street lights and protection slabs.
• Inspection of pipe laying/jointing for all kind of utilities as per specification and client requirements.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and
specification.
• Coordinate with certified third party Independent laboratory for material sampling and approval of all kind of
material used in the project.
• Keeping a daily record of site checks, reports performed and maintaining daily diary/register and report to
ARE and RE.
• Record labor and equipment performance, pending inspection items and coordinate with HSE team.
• Regularly in coordination with material department about site material and material related submittals.
• Supervised contractor material (Cement, Coated Rebars, Grout material, formwork, Soil etc) and
workmanship for compliance with drawing and specification.
• Inspection of warning tape installation and backfilling material layer by layer to culverts, pipes etc.
• Witnessing of daily routine testing for Earth work at site like compaction test etc., and as well as Site
laboratory such as MDD, CBR, Sieve analysis, and also maintained test Frequencies.

• Conducted quality control tests on soil, aggregate, sand,
cement, and steel to ensure suitability for embankment,
subgrade, sub-base, WBM and asphalt mixes as per ASTM,
AASHTO, and Contract Specification.
• Analyzed and evaluated asphalt and concrete mix designs,
providing recommendations to the Resident Engineer for
approval.
• Supervision and inspection of Pre-cast concrete (Man-hole,
slabs, kerbstone, NJ barrier, RCC pipes, Bridge’s Girder)
• Ensure materials were used only after approval and maintained
quality control in line with project specifications.
• Oversaw the projects laboratory, ensuring tests were
conducted as per relevant standards and equipment was
calibrated and functional.
• Maintained detailed documentation of all tests and ensuring
timely responses to all test requests.
• Monitored site activities to ensure compliance with quality
management systems and project specifications.
• Serving as a resource for employees to provide guidance, and
address safety concerns in the workplace and to promote a
strong safety culture within the organization.

• Ensured all construction materials used on site comply with projected specification (Cement, Aggregate,
Subbase, Asphalts).
• Review and approve all ITPs, IRs, Daily inspection reports and Site observation from the contractor.
• Ensured excavation levels & dimensions, for structure works alignments, level, support and ensured
compliance with approved drawings, BOQs and specification requirements.
• Maintained daily site activities/ progress register and shared with QC Team and RE of the Project.
• Respond to Contractors and inspections notification.
• Monitoring of progress and coordinating with Client and Planning team.
• Ensured work area is safe before inspection, stop unsafe work and inform HSE officer.
