Confiz Limited is a Web and Mobile Product Development Company and has scaled up to provide end-to-end Enterprise Product Development Services to its Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients.

Following are some of the salient responsibilities that I have:

- Establishing and leading Discovery sessions with the potential customers to capture the vision and perform requirements gathering
- Estimations, WBS generation, Project Planning and Delivery Strategy, Resource Planning and Assignment
- Communication Management - liaison between all the stakeholders and act as the point of contact for requirement clarification, roadmap and milestones for the projects
- Pair up with the Architect to finalize the architecture of the projects and products
- Act as the Scrum Master and lead Sprint Planning, Task assignment, Team management and manage the delivery schedule
- Manage the project closure and act as the point of contact during the UAT Phase
- Successfully delivered multiple Android Apps and Web Sites
- Currently managing 6+ Projects and 26 team members and directly leading 2 major Enterprise Accounts for the company

- Acted as liaison between Client Manager, Program Manager, QA Lead and Dev Team.
- Drove end-to-end the maintenance and enhancements to Atlas Search Tools (WCF Services, Windows Services, Reporting, SSIS Packages, etc.), Media Add-In, Middle Tier Components and Audience Messaging module.
- Performed system analysis and incorporated load balancing on the components.
- Performed hands on development to fix the Build Scripts, update Windows Services, WCF Services and various middle-tier components.
- Responsible for the complete end-to-end enhancements to Media Add-In and Audience Messaging modules for the Feb Release.

- Onsite Module Lead responsible for the complete life cycle of product release.
- Liaison between onsite stakeholders and offshore team.
- Performed requirements gathering, design layout, sprint work items, established milestones and timelines.
- Reviewed, analysed and incorporated 3rd Party APIs
- Established, managed and mentored offshore team.
- Responsible for cross-group communication between QA and Dev Teams.
- Acted as Support Level 3 resource and analysed and resolved any end client queries.
- Performed hands on development and code reviews to establish quality and timely releases.

Lead the upgrade of the Server side printing application called BPRINT and the development of the FundAlign Dashboard Web Part. Responsible for the end to end design and development and post implementation support.

Part of the CPLAN Team and was responsible for the complete analysis, design and implementation of the IRIS Campaign modules.

Lead the complete SDLC for the ESR Order Management Application and the Maintenance Management Application for the end client of IBM.

Involved in various development projects, R&D on platforms and CRM Team Management.
