Job Responsibilities:
•Directs a process of organizational planning that evaluates, manpower forecasting throughout the division.
•Monitor HR Administrators to collect & short list the CVs for the required positions and conduct the final level interview with the respective department head.
•Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
•Co ordinate with the Factory Head to prepare the Manpower Budget and do the yearly Performance Appraisal of the division (Rating and Fix the percentage of the increment as per the Company Policy).
•Monitor the Camp / Flat Administration (Labour & Staff Accommodation), Transportation, Visa Process, Medical & Health Insurance, Yearly Admin Budget and other Admin activities of the division & control the Admin cost for the same.
•Monitor and solve the employees issues and problems related with Payroll, Benefits, General & Camp Administration, Leave, Absenteeism and take necessary Disciplinary Action as per Company Policy / UAE Labor Laws.
•Actively involved in Variable Pay, Succession Planning program as per the guidance of Corporate HR.
•Assisted HR Head to draft the Company Policy & Procedure as per the current Market trend & employees welfare point of view.
Initial screening of the candidates and conduct the first round interview as per the company norms.
•Liaise with project leaders & HR Manager to recruit staffs/operatives through local & overseas agencies.
•Co ordinate with PRO for Labor approval of new staff visas & provide the necessary documents and do the follow up for the same until the candidate reach on board.
•Coordinate with Induction Officer for the new joiners induction and joining formalities.
•Provide coaching and resources to employees and managers with respect to career development, compensation, staffing initiatives, and performance management.
•Involve in other Admin activities (Co ordinate with travel agent for ticketing, Transport Arrangements, etc ) when it is required.
•Prepare the monthly recruitment report to the HR Team & Management.
