Accounts Payable.
Job Description
•Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.
•Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments.
•Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
•Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.
•Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and also conformance to reporting procedural standards.
•Assisted in Month End Closing & Yearend Close.
•Rectified escalated accounts payable issues from employees and vendors.
•Ensure inputs and timely payments of all suppliers invoices.
•Resolve collection and invoices discrepancy matters.
•Preparation and reporting of income and expense forecasts to senior management.
•Inventory controlling in charge.
