Planning and Managing a Real Estate, Property and Facilities team. Review existing property management processes, procedures and systems. Liaising with both clients/tenants and landlords. Dealing with for potential clients/tenants over the phone and via letters and emails

Maintaining database and reports of occupied and vacant properties and submit to Director frequently and work plan to minimize the rent loss

Responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and providing a professional service to a variety of clients like Qatar Gas, Ras Gas, U.S. Army, Qatar Foundation, International Schools etc Also in charge to provide housing services for the group companies

Liaise with concerned department and Preparing forecast and budgets for housing services for fiscal year. Arranging accommodations for the newly joined in hotels/serviced apartments with competitive rates and shifting them to their allotted accommodations. Ensuring that properties are properly maintained and all the property operations are in compliance with established Company policies and procedures.

Providing Strategic planning, Property/Accommodation Selection, lease negotiations, scheduling, budgets to various departments/companies in group. Establish terms and conditions for property leasing and rental. Monitoring and enforcing the terms of all lease agreements Visiting properties and carrying out inspections. Meetings with resident associations and Ensuring that services are delivered to agreed timescales

Manage preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for disciplines like Civil, landscaping and MEP

Conduct routine checks on buildings/properties. Monitor daily, weekly and monthly reports data and budget inputs for maintenance activities

Develop maintenance plans and ensure for completion of the same. Simultaneously respond to maintenance which arise at priority.

Develop business plans and annual budgets for the Facilities Management department. Monitor and ensure the costs within the set budget during operations.

Control the procurement department with proper periodical checks and ensure to get the best priced and timely manner the required spares. Manage contracted facilities management companies with proper negotiations required

Ensure compliance to safety and quality management procedures. Arrange time to time trainings to maintenance team to comply with safety rules and regulations.

Lead a team of 150+for smooth flow of work and ensure productivity of all employees. Ensure all the panned works/preventive maintenance of the Group are completed timely.

Assign responsibilities to subordinates for smooth operation of whole department complying the policies and procedures of group

Follow and implement the Real Estate and Facilities Management guidelines, policies and procedures across the department.

Ensure services are provided in timely manner to the end user.

Designed and implemented an innovative office environment, achieving objects for enhanced corporate image and improved communication, teamwork and productivity

Developed and administered a space management database for indirect cost recovery, asset tracking and space utilization, increasing revenues by 2 million dollars annually
