- Configuring network printer and other software / hardware devices and assigning user nodes to various
devices installed and networked, handling allocation and protection of user rights, as per company’s
policies
- Managing firewalls and Antivirus.
- Managing CCTV System
- Extending high-end technical support on various Servers and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels
through prompt redressal of their problems
- Provide Microsoft Office Training and support to users.
- Responsible for PC support, troubleshooting and repairs of PCs and peripherals
- Managing Hardware evaluation, technical recommendation, Software purchase, installation and upgrades
on PCs, computer peripherals and networking components
- Arrange Meetings, Make Presentations
