Design, configuration, integration and implementation of process control solutions for various industries.
Develop P&IDs and loop descriptions for various packaging machines, processes, and/or equipment.
Develop User Requirement Specification, software and hardware design specifications.
Design, write, implement, test and document PLC and HMI software.
Develop control system validation/testing protocols.

Project details: Fully automatic packaging line consisting of robotic palletisation, box strapping, automatic stacking on pallet & pallet strapping transported over different type of conveyers. Responsibilities included designing control panels, switch gear, sensors, limit switches & plc selection, automation programming as per project and customer requirement to complete project within budget and target time.
ROLE: Designing control panel, calculating switch gears, plc, vfd, sensor & HMI selection. Programming plc and HMI of all machines with respect to project and customer requirement. Installing and commissioning project on site, handling complete installation team.

5. AUTOMATIC TRANSFER AND PACKAGING LINE FOR FOOD COMPANY.
Client : BIKANER WALA greater Noida. ( march 2018 -to may 2018)
Project details : automatic product identification, packaging and transfer to ware house.
Role :
Writing programming for complete line in auto to transfer product from 3 floors to stacking in warehouse. Including conveyer handshaking, parking logics, lift transfer and stacking logic.
Prepare the work instructions for the maintenance activities and preventive maintenance schedule.
Allocate resources to handle maintenance on a daily basis. Track the planned maintenance implementation and update records.
Evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance. Update the work instructions and schedules based on the evaluation and improvements.
Identify maintainable components for predictive maintenance.
Prepare schedule, organize resources, analyze the data pattern on the failure mode and plan for resource and maintenance requirements.
Ensure repair of machines during breakdowns.
Analyze the root cause analysis of the failures and implement improvement plan.
Report failures and actions for loss of availability of machines. Work towards bringing down the down time due to breakdowns / non availability of machines.
Prepare the plant tree determine the maintainable components of a particular machine in a particular location in the plant
Identify suitable vendors and plan for procurements of parts on time Work towards redesign for improving the lifetime of parts / components.
Monitors all changes and their impact on man-hours, costs and schedule.
Identify vendors / service providers for AMC for various for manufacturing equipment’s. Prepare comparative charts based on past performance and submit to manager maintenance for approval.

PLC programming and troubleshooting to improve machine availability.
Spare Parts Management
Maintenance and troubleshooting of Field Instruments installed within the plant.
Troubleshooting of process control loops for any malfunction.
Maintenance, Configuration & Troubleshooting of PLC, AC drives and other control systems.
Coordinating with the vendors for major problems, spare parts and other accessories.
Routine checking of all electrical equipment’s / devices for any malfunction.
