Being Service Manager I was responsible for following activities and duties
I was responsible for all issues regarding after sales service like customer care, after sales service policy making, team management, warranty non warranty issues, analyzing feedback from customer and consult to higher management. Being a Sales & Marketing Executive in (Dynasel Ltd) I was responsible for all the activities regarding sales and marketing for all allotted zone (containing 11 cities) like branding, sales promotions, advertising, distribution, market survey, Searching new clients and negotiate business as per company procedure, Overview of ledgers of running clients.
