*Reviewing and finalizing Weekly Executed Quantity Reports submitted by QS’s.
*Coordination with Cost Consultant (M/S Davis Langdon) for Quantities and Man-power strength associated works.
*Liable for managing all task works associated with Quantities from pitch to final touch.
*Measure, review and submission of Quantities for Civil works for items such as steel, formwork, concrete, Blockwork, plaster, flooring, excavation/Filling for different sub and super structures as per relevant Method of Measurements (MoM).
*Measurement, assessment and submission of quantities for Mechanical systems such as HVAC, fire Fighting, Drainage, Water deliver for Zamzam as in line with relevant technique of Measurements (mom).
*Collecting / Recording event details from site to establish variations / contra charges etc…
.Maintain the Record of all the additional work done on site as per the request of consultant
*Assist Ongoing Procurement of various trades.
*Cost allocation with respect to cost codes and its control
*Successful Completion of Tasks for Quantification of Civil works and Mechanical work such as
HVAC, Fire Fighting, Drainage and Water supply.
